The Miele Lab is part of The Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute in San Francisco, CA.  Joshua A. Miele, Ph.D., is the principle investigator of this innovative team, conducting cutting-edge research into some of the most challenging and exciting areas of access to information for blind and visually-impaired people of all ages. The lab is part of Smith-Kettlewell's Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center.
